Llinos Iorwerth has worked in PR and communications for over 25 years. She has worked in-house organisations at senior level, as an independent mentor and with public organisations Before setting up Ateb she was head of communications in the housing sector, and has developed communications and customer care strategies as well as led community involvement and customer services teams.
At Ateb Llinos leads on PR and communications projects, advising clients on reaching bilingual audiences. She also leads releasing publications, bilingual content and event management. She studied French and Italian at Cardiff University and has a Masters in European Business and Languages from Southbank University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and is a non-executive board member of social housing organisation Grŵp Cynefin.
Rhys has over 16 years experience in senior strategic planning, regulatory compliance, as well as in economic and community development roles.
Having headed a corporate services team with responsibility for governance, legal services, Welsh language matters and internal audit –he decided it was time to step out of his comfort zone and put his experience to good use and set up Ateb.
Rhys is strategic thinker with an eye for detail. He leads on Welsh language strategy development and compliance at Ateb, advising clients on the best approach when it comes to planning multi-lingual services.
A Bangor University graduate, with postgraduate qualification in Town and Country Planning, Rhys is also Chair of social enterprise, Antur Waunfawr and is a Glas Cymru Board Member. He is passionate about delivering services of the highest quality, and by his own admission is a language standards geek. He’s known in the office for his ability to talk, as well as think on his feet!

Erin is an experienced communications professional with over five years of experience working in the industry, specialising in social media marketing, strategic communications, brand development, copywriting, and public relations (PR).Erin has in-depth experience in communication within both public and private sectors and understands the complexities of public relations and public affairs within this landscape. Over the years, Erin has built a strong network of individuals and businesses across North Wales and beyond, is passionate about maintaining relationships and sees the value in making connections.
Erin is a non-executive Director on the board of Menter a Busnes and a board member for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Cymru. Erin is a member of the CIPR and holds a Certificate in Advanced Media Production (MSc) and a Degree in Business Management.
