Erin is an experienced communications professional with over seven years’ experience across Welsh business and the public sector, specialising in public relations and strategic communications.

In her role at Ateb, she works across PR and stakeholder communications, leading the development of social media campaigns, creating content and supporting organisations to communicate clearly, manage reputation and build credibility with key audiences.

Erin has developed strong expertise in social media strategy, digital engagement and bilingual communications, with practical experience in building trust with local communities through clear, accessible content. Her ability to understand audiences and communicate effectively is a significant asset for projects requiring openness, transparency, and ongoing dialogue.

 Alongside her professional role, Erin has held non-executive and board positions, including serving as a non-executive director for Mentera (previously Menter a Busnes) and as a member of the CIPR Cymru board. Erin holds a Certificate in Advanced Media Production (MSc) and a degree in Business Management. She is a full CIPR member.
